Our innovative Carbide end mill is used to groove machines and step surfaces. Carbide end milling cutters are made of cemented carbide. Cemented Carbide is made up of tungsten carbide (WC) and cobalt (Co). Tungsten carbide has a high melting point (2900℃), and will not melt like iron. Carbide end mill can extremely heat resistant and is used for high-speed applications on cast iron, nonferrous materials, plastics, and other tough-to-machine materials. Carbide is a material that can operate faster and tolerate higher temperatures while yet maintaining good wear resistance. Carbide-Tipped drills offer many of the benefits of solid carbide drills at a lower cost, especially on bigger diameter drills.
